I'm Back

Okay, a few things I need to say.

1. I would like to publicly apologize to those I told to look for the Membership form online. I was not told it had been taken down, or I had and did not pay attention. My bad. We can still e-mail it if you need it.

2. I still have a few people who are not answering my e-mails or phone calls. If you are one of these people, please e-mail me. If you don't, you will meet me in my Solutions area.

3. If you are still weary because you have not gotten a postcard, e-mail me with name and address. I will send a new one.

4. If you just want to confirm a membership, e-mail me or call me.

5. If you would like to change your badge name, e-mail it to me.

6. There is NO number 6.

7. If you would like a progress report, e-mail me.


I can always be reached at the office from 9am-5pm EST.

Postcards yay!!!

Alright, just a quick note or two from the office.

The postcards are in and I am in the process of getting them out in the mail. I have the west coast and foreign members postcards out in the mail already. I will try to get the rest out no later than Wednesday.

If there are any issues on the cards themselves, you can e-mail me at chip@dragoncon.org, or office@dragoncon.org. I will fix them. These are also the e-mails for badge name changes.

If they do not get to you by January e-mail me, and I will get you a new one in the mail.

For thanks, if you are from Texas run by my Uncle Johnnies and bring me some food. If from Chicago, a greasy pizza box from Lou Malnati's will be sufficient.  If from any state with a Del Taco, anything will be accepted.

Membership problems
We are trying to make some membership problems go away, so if any of these pertain to you, please contact the Dragon Con office at 770-909-0115  Monday through Friday 9-5 EST or through e-mail at dragoncon@dragoncon.org.

1. If you have ordered through paypal and have not received your yellow postcard(s)

2. If you have ordered through the Dragon Con store and have not received your yellow postcard

3. If you have not received your yellow postcard at all contact us.

4. If you ordered multiple memberships through the store , and have only received one or neither

5. If you are transferring your membership, there is a $20 transfer fee per membership. A transfer form can be found on the website. If you do not know your membership number contact us.

If you contact the office with any of these problems by August 15 (5:00 pm EST), you can avoid the hassle of standing in one line only to be told to see Chip at the problem line.  For those who have gone through this before, please inform the others.
